Overview
Organizational systems are complex, nuanced, and shaped by visible and obscured structures. Influencing organizations requires more than seeing the whole: it involves understanding how its moving parts interact, and how feedback loops sustain current patterns and create openings for change. So the question becomes: How do we move through the complexity of our organizational systems to reclaim our power and agency?
It starts by digging where you stand (Sven Lindqvist) to see the macro and micro context of you and your organization. The learning journey will build from our departmental inquiries and apply The Marionette to rigorously explore complexity and develop the adjacent possible. By engaging in a long-form exploration, you’ll be able to understand the nuances of the system you operate within and expand your capacity and resilience as leaders.
