FACILITATION
We realize you are hiring us to do more than carry an agenda. Facilitation is about the ability to achieve desired outcomes by bringing out the genius of everyone involved. We design gatherings through a deep understanding of the context prior to the gathering, and an ability to sense how people are arriving into the space(s). It is our belief that only through the collective surfacing of the pluralities and paradoxes within organizations can we create the space for true alternatives to emerge that are more than iterations of the status quo. Sometimes this comes through conflict. Other times it comes through agreement. Always, for us, it comes from an authentic and honest approach to everyone part of the process.

CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT
We work with clients to build their resilience through cycles of adaptation. Our experience is that often individuals and teams are challenged to have the stamina to stay in prolonged states of disequilibrium—the very conditions required for deeper adaptation and systems change. We work with teams to cultivate the leadership capacities and dispositions that enable them to stay with the trouble longer while resourcing colleagues.

CLOSURE
We work with clients to let go of that which no longer serves them and their horizons of change. We find that often patterns and structures linger around, casting shadows and consuming resources that stifle the very change organizations seek. We craft spaces and practices that actively divest and dismantle that which is harmful and toxic so they might have a good death. This repairs and heals people and systems to create fertile ground for what comes after.
