Please join us for Part Two, which will primarily focus on the transgressive > transformational feedback loops on the left side of The Marionette. We will explore constrained and expressive agency within our organizations. We will also inquire into why some people embark on prosocial institutional change, and what capacities and stamina are required as they do.
IS THIS EXPERIENCE FOR ME?
In this workshop we will:
Animate layers of the Marionette framework encountering entrenched power dynamics and levers for agency inside organizations
Navigate through feedback loops to discern which actions reproduce and which transform.
Reflect and share personal and organizational contexts for change in a community of insightful practitioners
OUR GIFTS TO YOU
This workshop is free to attend and intended as a mutual learning space. The Marionette framework will be free to use in your own work and released under Creative Commons with the freedom to use and adapt the framework for your own circumstances. All registrants will receive the framework files following the workshop. This is our team’s way of reciprocating field value as so many systems practitioners have supported our work.
Can I attend just thIS PART?
Yes. While we hope you will join us for both sessions, we know that is not for everyone. We will do our best to bridge between sessions.
ABOUT SOLVABLE
Solutions are not solving and we think we know why. Solvable works with clients and communities to make the behavioural and structural changes that solve for the actual complexity of the world and their roles within it. We facilitate through in-person and virtual rooms that enable personal and collective interrogations of thinking, patterns, and structures. We design blueprints and corresponding rooms that confront the challenges of adaptation, and to constructively respond to group frictions. As an intentionally small team of senior practitioners, we maintain intimate, co-developmental, and right relationships with our clients and broader ecosystems. We walk the path together to become better stewards.
